  1. Suravaram Prathap Reddy Sahitya Vyjayanthi Trust (referred to as ‘SPR Trust’ in the remaining part of this policy) collects information from the users in a number of ways, for example when the user:
    • Makes a donation
    • Signs up for as a patron
    • Signs up for newsletter
  1. While forwarding a donation for SPR Trust the donors would submit some personal information as it would help us ensuring genuine contributions:
    • Your name
    • Your email and mailing address
    • Your telephone numbers
    • Your payment processing details
    • Any other data as required
  1. SPR Trust does not collect or record the user’s personal information unless he/she chooses to provide it

 

Use of Personal Information:

  1. General browsing of SPR Trust website is anonymous and it does not register the user’s personal information except the time, date and place of visits and the name of internet service provider. This data is used only for statistics and diagnosis.

  1. Usually, SPR Trust does not store user data. In case of specific sign-ups, the data is stored as per user request. The user can opt to delete all the information he/she has provided by simply requesting such by mail. All information, without exception, will be deleted in five working days.

  1. Individuals who join SPR Trust’s mailing lists via its website or through its campaigning engagements are added to its email database. SPR Trust does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. Payment options:

To make any donations, you will need to complete your transaction on the website.

While making online donation through Credit/Debit Card you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card/debit card number, card expiry date, card CVV number(usually on the reverse of the card). For entering the password/PIN, you may be redirected to your bank’s webpage. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your donation will be processed, on receipt of the funds from the Bank or Credit Card Company, as the case may be.

 

Security and Safety of your transactions:

Our website uses well-recognized and proven payment gateways. Payment information is transferred using an SSL connection which offers the highest degree of security that the donor’s browser is able to support.

Your Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway partner who is authorized and is compliant with the applicable regulations and requirements. Our payment gateway partners use secure encryption methods to keep your transactions private and confidential.

 

Failure in making payment:

In the event that your payment does not get processed, you should retry making the payment. The payment may have failed due to lack of stable internet connection or due to some error with the payment gateway’s website. The online payment facility is completely dependent on the performance of the server of the payment gateway service provider for net banking/cash card/ online wallet/ credit card/debit card transactions and the respective banks for all bank account transactions. SPR Trust shall not be responsible for the success or failure of the transaction.

 

External Web Services:

  1. SPR Trust may use external web services on its site to display content within its web pages. For example, to display video it uses YouTube. As with the social media buttons, SPR Trust cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on the user’s consumption of the content embedded on its site.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to this website of SPR TRUST. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:

  • No requests by any donor for refund/cancellation for the donated amount will be entertained
  • All the online donations will be through the online payment gateway.
  • No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
  • Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used towards fulfilment of SPR Trust objectives.
